1. Principles and purposes of use:
   a) We collect your data in order to give feedback on your contact and respond to the information you request and for any communication in pre-contract phase. The data will be stored for a period of time no longer than that strictly necessary for pursuit of the aforementioned purposes and will be used in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, correctness, relevance and not exceeding the purposes for which they are collected.
   b) With your consent, we will use the other data that you choose to provide us with to send you marketing communications regarding our business, inform you about any interesting updates and promote our initiatives. Should you give your consent, we hereby inform you that you may at any time withdraw said consent by sending communication to our addresses. The mailings will be promptly withdrawn.
2. Obligatory or optional nature of the provision of data: we need the data requested in order to satisfy your needs and for the purposes referred to in point 1/a. In this sense they are obligatory and without them we cannot follow up on your contact. The details not indicated with an asterisk are useful to us, with your consent and using the methods you indicate to us, for the purposes referred to in point 1/b, therefore they are purely optional. Not giving your consent to receive commercial communications carries no consequences relative to your main request. 
3. Methods and operations: your data will be used only with methods, including IT and telematic methods, strictly necessary for the purposes for which they are collected, and stored in a databank within our premises. 
4. Appointed persons: exclusively for the aforementioned purposes and relative to the specific relationship between you and our company, your personal data will only be made known to our employees and collaborators appointed by us to use your data, the list of which is available at our head office.  
5. Your rights: You have the right to know which of your personal data we hold; to update, or rectify them (should you be interested in doing so), cancel or transform into anonymous form and ask for them to be blocked (if used in violation of the law); to know the owners, persons responsible and those employed to use your data, and those to whom the data may be communicated or who may have access to them; to oppose, for legitimate reasons, the use of your data relevant to the purposes of collection and, in any case, the use in order to send advertising material, direct selling, market research and for commercial communications.
